Coconut Tree Out Of Verandah

Hello! A picture of the coconut tree just outside my verandah , Weird Spiky shapes ha ? The tree was planted the day i was born , so i guess she(?) is just a little older than i am. Gave the sepia effect so make it seem olddd and take away all the various colours.. makes it look nice :-)

CASSINI ENTERS SATURN SYSTEM

well this is basically a try out of the BLOGTHIS! fature of blogger .. i am trying to post the cool things i am seeing at this BBC site on the cassini mision and the information its providing.. i remember watching the liftoff of the rocket when it launched carrying cassini..this is "one of the last big budget planet explorers from NASA :" i heard the reporter say.. was quite sad when i head that..

Cassini is providing our closest encounter yet with Saturn, possibly the most beautiful planet in the solar system.The largest interplanetary spacecraft ever built will orbit the planet 70 times during its four-year stay.

A highlight will be the release in December of the Huygens probe. It will land on a moon, Titan, whose atmosphere resembles Earth's four billion years ago, before life began
